Ielts task 2 predicting question topics

Another common topic relates to ‘the young’ and ‘their worries about their futures.

What’s your initial thoughts on this subject?:

today’s young people are more afraid about their future than previous generations

Would you agree or disagree?

What arguments are there for this idea? What are the major issues worrying young people today?

Here are three arguments for the premise/ idea:

1. More university graduates are entering the workforce than anytime before, while the employment market stays the same.

2. Artificial intelligence is developing at an astounding speed, which is expected to make various traditional professions, ranging from taxi drivers to surgeons, redundant within decades.

3. If we keep releasing large amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, the effect of global warming will deteriorate and human living in the future could suffer severely.

CAN YOU ADD ANY MORE WORRIES?

Try to write an essay on this and try to write the opposite view too.
