So what did you come up with your research for the subject of universally free education?

Now plan an answer to:

Education is not luxury, but a basic human right and as such should be free for everyone irrespective of personal wealth. Do you agree or disagree?

Don’t forget the second part of the prompt: ‘irrespective of personal wealth‘. So think about who should pay for it and why? And of course who shouldn’t pay for it and why?
